Your Role at Vantive
The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) plays a crucial role by safely operating a commercial vehicle (18 to 24 feet) to deliver essential dialysis products to home patients and kidney dialysis centers. This position involves delivering dialysis solutions, ensuring order accuracy, stock rotation, and occasionally managing order pick-ups and returns.
Work Schedule : 4-day work week (5am-3pm/6am-4pm); 1-2 overnight trips per week (hotel and meal per diem provided) and weekends are off.

Team Collaboration
This physically demanding role involves making deliveries to diverse locations, necessitating close collaboration with dialysis patients, regional staff, customer service teams, and healthcare professionals.
What You'll Bring:
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Air Brake endorsement; MVR check must meet minimum standards, adhering to all DOT rules
Valid Medical Card
At least 1 year of experience driving comparable equipment, preferably with inside delivery experience
Experience maintaining driver logs using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD)
Ability to handle multiple-day routes that may require overnight stays
Skill in safely operating material handling equipment (lift gates, ramps, pallet jacks, etc.)
Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities; capable of working in diverse, multi-functional teams
Commitment to following all safety regulations for equipment use and driving as outlined by Vantive and DOT
Adequate ability to distinguish colors for product label identification
Physical Demands:
Work environment includes distribution centers, tractor trailers, patient homes, and dialysis centers
Repetitive lifting and moving of cases weighing up to 50 pounds
Frequent entering and exiting of vehicle
Frequent bending, crouching, twisting, reaching, grasping, climbing, and balancing
Ability to work efficiently in extreme cold and/or extreme heat
