Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join a dynamic team where you will work in one of three specialized departments. Each department offers a unique assembly experience, ranging from large valve assembly to detailed kitting and small valve assembly.

Responsibilities

Assemble large valves in the Neles department, utilizing mechanical skills and reading blueprints or schematics.

Perform repetitive kitting tasks in the Jamesbury department, assembling small components that fit inside valves.

Use small hand tools and microscopes to assemble smaller valves in the Railroad department, where attention to detail is crucial.

Essential Skills

Experience with hand and power tools.

Mechanical aptitude and inclination.

Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Any prior manufacturing assembly experience is beneficial.

Work Environment

Work in a very large, clean, and well-lit industrial manufacturing building that is temperature controlled. The facility operates on two shifts: 1st Shift from 7am to 3:30pm and 2nd Shift from 3:30pm to 12am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr.
