Adecco is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist in Tucson, AZ. The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and clients. This position is responsible for greeting and assisting guests in a professional and welcoming manner, answering questions, and ensuring the front office area remains safe and secure. The role also includes monitoring visitor access, addressing or escalating issues with unwanted guests, and maintaining a positive, professional environment.

Location Tucson, AZ

Pay- $20-25 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients upon arrival.

• Answer and direct phone calls and other inquiries.

• Manage guest check-in and sign-in procedures.

• Monitor access to the office and ensure only authorized visitors are admitted.

• Handle issues related to unwanted or disruptive guests calmly and professionally, escalating to management or security when necessary.

• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.

• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

• Basic computer skills (email, word processing, scheduling tools).

• Prior experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
