Your Role: Information & Referral Specialist
Pay:
$24.00/hourly
Your Toolkit Should Include:
High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience Bilingual in Spanish (English proficiency required) Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Valid California "Class C" Driver's License Sensitivity to diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds Your Superpowers Include:
Turning questions into answers and confusion into clarity Conducting intakes and connecting families to life-changing resources Advocating for families with schools, courts, and public systems Coordinating FRC programs, workshops, and outreach events Supporting interns and collaborating with case managers Championing DEI and trauma-informed care in every interaction Perks That Pack a Punch:
