Responsibilities
Process new patient registrations and refill orders using automated systems.
Ensure accurate data entry of patient demographics and prescription details.
Resolve third-party insurance rejects by gathering information and resubmitting claims.
Operate automated machinery to sort, count, label, pack, and ship medications.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients and physicians to support prescription fulfillment.
Essential Skills
Eligibility for licensure as a pharmacy technician in Illinois.
Experience in prescription fulfillment, including counting, labeling, packing, and shipping.
Ability to resolve insurance claim issues and third-party rejects.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to type at least 25 WPM.
Work Environment
Location: MFC Bolingbrook – 599 S Schmidt Rd., Bolingbrook, IL.
Shifts Available:
Mon–Wed: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (30 hours/week).
Other shifts: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
