General Manager for Fast Food Restaurant

Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations Maintain financial controls and optimize day-to-day performance Create and manage staff schedules for efficiency Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members Coach, counsel, and develop staff to promote team relations Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and overall facility management Meet health and safety standards and inspections Set a joyful and family-friendly tone within the restaurant Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, with necessary documentation as required by law At least 2 years of management experience in high-volume fast food or casual dining Flexibility to work 45-50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays Valid driver's license in good standing and access to a reliable vehicle Consent to background checks, including criminal, driving, and drug screening Strong leadership ability in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills Join us in our journey at Taco Bell, where we constantly innovate to provide craveable, affordable Mexican-inspired food.
