Overview
As an
AVP, Fintech Onboarding , you will lead the onboarding and delivery of complex fintech programs, managing multiple client implementations from both a strategic and tactical lens. You’ll oversee Associate-level and Analyst-level team members while working cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to ensure a seamless partner launch experience. This role is ideal for a fintech professional with strong technical fluency, compliance awareness, and stakeholder management experience, looking to step into people and program leadership. Responsibilities
Manage delivery of complex fintech partner onboarding projects across cards, payments, and lending Serve as escalation point and delivery lead for high-priority partners Guide partners through onboarding phases, including compliance, API integration, account configuration, and go-live Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Product on implementation best practices and risk mitigation Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts on the onboarding team Improve internal delivery processes, templates, and documentation for scalability Report onboarding metrics and program health to senior leadership Balance hands-on delivery with strategic input into platform readiness and partner enablement Qualifications
5+ years in fintech, banking, client delivery, or onboarding operations Demonstrated success managing partner implementations and cross-functional programs Strong understanding of API workflows, card and payment processing models, and compliance standards (e.g., KYC, AML) Effective communicator and problem-solver with leadership potential or experience Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus Ability to navigate technical conversations and regulatory environments confidently Salary Range:
