Project Manager
Job Description
Join our team as an experienced Project Manager, where you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the utmost quality and safety. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, aligning with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals. This project will be located at George Washington University in D.C.
Responsibilities
Manage a single large complex project or multiple smaller projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the project during construction.
Collaborate with Solutions Executives during Project Development to review project constructability and risk, develop construction pricing, and prepare construction schedules.
Assist in developing project delivery strategies.
Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for the project.
Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure the scope and direction of the project is on schedule.
Set objectives and make decisions on critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.
Consult with supervisors concerning unusual problems and provide leadership to the project team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
Train and mentor less-experienced positions and manage direct reports, including performance, coaching, and hiring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience (experience acceptable in lieu of a degree)
Minimum 10 years’ experience, including construction team management
Proven ability to manage multiple larger and more complex project teams
Strong knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, controls, generation, and water systems
Ability to read and translate blueprints
Strong negotiation and collaboration skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial acumen
Strong public speaking ability
Strong knowledge of building construction processes and methods, building codes, and permitting
Strong computer skills, including ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel and Microsoft Project
Work Environment
This position is 100% on-site, with the Project Manager working from a trailer for the project's duration. The project site is at a George Washington University. Benefits include 2 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dulles, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
