to oversee daily operations, support team development, and exceed performance expectations for our property, Cherry Hill, in Orem, UT.
Compensation & Benefits

$70,000+ per year, depending on experience

What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
Manage community budgets to meet or exceed monthly financial goals.
Prepare and present annual budgets to Regional Managers and VPs, introducing creative strategies to drive growth and success.
Build strong relationships with ownership through timely and accurate reporting.
Maintain expert knowledge of floor plans, amenities, value-add opportunities, and the competitive market.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing resident needs promptly and professionally.
Communicate clearly, adapt quickly to change, and model professional standards.
What We're Looking For
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in the multifamily housing industry.
Experience with Entrata property management software.
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
