Position Responsibilities:

Use strategic leadership and ambiguity management skills. Navigate undefined problems and opportunities with high judgment, lead large, challenging initiatives independently, and set vision for long-term solutions based on diverse stakeholder input. Drive organizational technical priorities and business strategy across multiple organizations and countries, managing multiple programs simultaneously while owning roadmaps and portfolios. Create scalable mechanisms and best practices, remove operational bottlenecks, and balance trade-offs between opportunity, resources, and sustainability. Handle complex business and technical escalations, research and benchmark solutions, and develop new approaches when necessary. Write effective narratives, present to senior leadership, and build consensus across global, diverse populations. Provide active mentorship and lead technical reviews with constructive feedback.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) knowledge of SQL and applying understanding of basic statistical techniques, including distributions, expectations, hypothesis testing, and A/B Testing; (2) translating technical analysis and metrics into actionable insights; (3) facilitating discussions with senior leadership on technical and architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation; (4) leading the design, development, and deployment of business software at scale or demonstrating hands-on experience with technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization; (5) proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies; (6) integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies from major vendors such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, or SAP; and (7) understanding IT compliance and risk management requirements including security, privacy, SOX, and HIPAA. Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
