Ensure fantastic guest experiences at all times. Manage staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and recognizing top talent. Provide team members with thorough training, ongoing coaching, and accountability for performance. Effectively create work schedules to boost sales and manage labor costs. Delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations clearly. Uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards consistently. Cultivate a positive work environment and enhance team morale through effective leadership. Drive profitability by increasing sales, managing costs, and ensuring operational excellence. Enhance community relationships to boost sales through outstanding service and products. Control operational costs while maintaining compliance with Zaxbys' guidelines and standards. Conduct performance reviews for crew members and assist in manager evaluations. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Utilize management tools to maintain accurate records and reviews. Develop action plans based on daily performance metrics for continuous improvement. Respond to guest and team member concerns in a timely and respectful manner. Maintain flexibility to assist where needed within the restaurant. Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines. Escalate concerns to higher management as necessary. Fulfill any other essential duties to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation required. Must have open availability and ability to work a minimum of 48 hours over 5 days a week. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Successful completion of background checks is mandatory. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work well with others are key. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 3 to 5 years of management experience required. Experience in restaurant management preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously. Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing including ladder use. Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 pounds. Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulations. Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing. Must maintain effective audio-visual discrimination to monitor the working environment. Able to work in environments with varying temperatures and food allergens. Safely operate restaurant equipment including knives, fryers, and other potentially hazardous equipment.
