Our skilled professionals are dedicated to providing exceptional care throughout the region, catering to patients from birth to end-of-life. As an Emergency Department Assistant Nurse Leader, you'll serve as a clinical expert and role model for Registered Nurses and support staff. This leadership position is pivotal in maintaining the safe and efficient flow of patients through the Emergency Department. You will oversee patient care assignments, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to deliver outstanding care. Your role will involve: Supporting and guiding team members to achieve service excellence. Facilitating effective solutions for complex patient care situations. Collaborating with the Nurse Manager to monitor staff performance and appropriately assign workloads. We are seeking someone with: A BSN or related field (candidates currently completing this requirement will be considered). A current Connecticut RN license. 3-5 years of Emergency Department experience, along with charge nurse or supervisory experience.
