We are seeking a
Business Analyst II
to join our Information Technology team. This role combines advanced data analytics, IT support, and business strategy to help drive profitability, improve decision-making, and enhance system reliability. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between data insights and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement
pricing strategies
to increase profitability and competitiveness.
Build and manage
interactive dashboards
(Tableau, Power BI, SQL) to track KPIs, customer behavior, and product usage.
Conduct
white-space and segmentation analysis
to identify new revenue opportunities.
Automate reporting processes using SQL and Excel Macros to streamline forecasting and operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategies and optimize customer engagement platforms.
Mentor and coach analysts by assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables.
Provide
Tier I and II support
for end-users (hardware, software, and network).
Manage IT support tickets and oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical and administrative applications.
Lead
system upgrades, patch management, and testing efforts , ensuring adherence to change control and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in
business analysis, data analytics, or related fields .
Bachelor’s degree in
Information Technology, Analytics, Computer Engineering, or related discipline .
Proficiency in
SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Advanced Excel (VBA) .
Strong
analytical and communication skills
with the ability to present insights clearly.
Working knowledge of
Python or R
for modeling and data processing.
Experience in
A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis .
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Skills & Tools Experience with
Cisco Webex Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google AdWords .
Knowledge of
web data analytics, EHR metrics, and healthcare applications (EHR/EMR) .
Familiarity with
machine learning model interpretation and implementation .
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and service ticketing platforms .
Certifications SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis
Microsoft Power BI for Business Intelligence
Tableau Dashboard Creation
Python for Data Science & Machine Learning
