An industry-leading global private equity firm is seeking an

Administrative Assistant

About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership through seamless scheduling, communication, and coordination. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, professionalism, and discretion. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and other executive assistants across the firm. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars for the Managing Director and team, including scheduling internal and external meetings Serve as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for calls and scheduling requests Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international), including flights, hotels, and car service Process and track detailed expense reports and reimbursements Book meeting rooms, greet guests, and manage visitor logistics Support other professionals and team members as needed Maintain and organize files and handle ad hoc projects with efficiency and discretion What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast-paced setting Experience in the finance industry required Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities Discretion and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Concur is a plus Independent, proactive, and dependable with strong follow-through Salary Range:

$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Schedule:
