Summary Your Opportunity Primary Responsibilities Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success Work closely alongside sales agents to help clients discover their ideal homes Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients' home search preferences Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients Allocate a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines Participate actively in team events and initiatives following team policies Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, continuous training, and Partner Calls Keep precise records of all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology Qualifications

$65,000 - $90,000 USD annually This position is commission-based.
