Title: Technical Architect - Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Job Description Role and Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design Lead the technical design of D365 CE (Sales, Service) solutions aligned with business processes and transformation goals. Define and implement scalable, secure, and extensible CRM architecture. Ensure alignment with the Calandra End-State Architecture and integration with D365 F&O via Dual-write. Platform Modernization & Customization Oversee the migration from legacy CRM (AX 2009) to D365 CE for B2B and B2C operations. Configure and customize D365 CE using Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate. Enable out-of-the-box features and extend capabilities using custom development where needed. Integration & Data Flow Design and implement integrations with: Shopify, Espresa, Paymentech, SendGrid Databricks Lakehouse for Pet Registry and Microchip Registry Microsoft Dataverse and Customer Insights Ensure real-time data synchronization and robust API-based integrations. AI & Customer Experience Enablement :Support deployment of Microsoft Copilot for AI-powered customer interaction summaries and forecasting. Enable data-driven insights through integration with Dataverse and Power BI. Work closely with enterprise architects, functional leads, and development teams to ensure cohesive delivery. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CRM developers and integration specialists. Participate in code reviews, solution validation, and performance tuning. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in CRM solution architecture and development, with 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Experience in large-scale CRM implementations and data migrations. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and cloud-native architecture.
