The Sr Manager, Solutions Engineering Support at T-Mobile is responsible for leading a team of Product test and validation engineers (BVT), ensuring the effective deployment and enablement of TFB products and services with a focus on customer and seller experiences. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans that include training, certifications, and resource management, all while maintaining financial discipline. By fostering cross-functional collaboration with teams in Network and IT, the Sr Manager enhances processes and customer experiences across systems, hardware, software, cloud services etc and serves as a crucial point of contact and integral function during product development and deployment phases. Continuous process optimization and effective risk/time management are key responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of T-Mobile's operations. Through leadership and strategic oversight, this role significantly boosts T-Mobile's capability to deliver high quality products/solutions for our customers. Job Responsibilities

Leads a team of Product Testing and Validation engineers, ensuring effective deployment and enablement of TFB products across all portfolios Develops and executes strategic plans that include training, certifications, and resource management Maintains financial discipline within the team to ensure budget adherence and cost effectiveness Fosters cross-functional collaboration to enhance processes and seller/customer experiences with our products, platforms, tools, hardware, cloud services etc Serves as a crucial point of contact during development and deployment phases, facilitating communication and problem resolution while working with network and IT engineering teams Optimizes processes continuously and manages risks effectively to improve operational efficiency Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Engineering (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree Business Administration or Information Technology (Preferred) 7-10 years Leading a team or high profile projects in the deployment and management of network, hardware, platforms and cloud-based solutions Preferred 5-10 years of hands on and leader level experience in systems and services testing and validation of hardware, software, cloud services, platforms etc Preferred 4-7 years Developing strategic plans for technology implementations, including training and certifications Preferred 4-7 years Cross-functional collaboration specifically with networking engineering and IT to enhance processes and customer experiences in a technical environment Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Project Management Expertise in managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. (Required) Leadership Ability to lead and motivate a team of Product support/BVT engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. (Required) Strategic Thinking Capability to develop and execute strategic plans that effectively align with the organization's objectives and enhance operational efficiency. (Required) Risk Management Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the BVT testing process to ensure project success. (Required) Cross Functional Relationships Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships across various departments to enhance process integration and efficiency. (Required) Financial Analysis Ability to manage budgets and perform financial analysis to maintain financial discipline within the project scope. (Preferred) Analytics Skills in analyzing data to derive insights that drive decision-making and process improvements. (Preferred) Technical Writing Ability to produce clear and effective technical documentation related to validation and testing of products and project specifications. (Preferred) Training Experience in developing and conducting training programs to enhance team capabilities and certifications across TFB product portfolios and testing methodologies.
