As a key member of the Enterprise Payments Product team, your role will be pivotal in advancing the adoption, scaling, and standardization of payment experiences. You'll collaborate across various departments to reimagine these experiences, ultimately creating transformative outcomes for our customers and the business. By employing cutting-edge technology and real-time data, you'll help redefine how millions interact with their finances.

Basic Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences.
At least 2 years of experience in core product platforms that drive digital experiences.
Two or more years in the digital industry focused on consumer engagement.
Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
Preferred Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience with web and mobile platforms.
Two or more years as a Product Owner in an Agile development setting.
MBA is preferred.
This role is located at McLean, VA; New York, NY; Richmond, VA; or Wilmington, DE. Capital One is unable to sponsor new employment authorization for this position. The salary range for this role varies based on location. For McLean, VA, it ranges from $109,000 to $124,400; New York, NY: $118,900 - $135,700; Richmond, VA: $99,100 - $113,100; Wilmington, DE: $99,100 - $113,100. Capital One offers performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
