Compensation:
Commission-only, uncapped (performance bonuses available)
Schedule:
Full-time, flexible hours (some evenings/weekends for homeowner availability)
Location:
Field-based (door-to-door + job-site visits) with remote follow-up/phone work
About the Role
We’re hiring a driven Roofing & Siding Sales Rep with real field experience and sales experience. You’ll generate new business through cold calling, door knocking, and events, and you’ll work incoming leads to close profitable projects—following our established sales process from first touch to signed contract.
What You’ll Do
Prospect daily:
cold call, door knock targeted neighborhoods, network with contractors/PMs/RE pros.
Run appointments:
perform exterior assessments, capture photos/measurements, and scope projects.
Present solutions:
build proposals, explain product options (asphalt, flat roofing, vinyl/composite/wood siding, trim packages), and handle objections.
Follow up fast:
call/text/email leads, maintain a clean pipeline, and push deals to close.
Own the process:
update the CRM, schedule inspections, coordinate handoff to production.
Hit KPIs:
daily outreach targets, set appointments, close rate, monthly revenue/gross-margin goals.
What You Bring
Hands-on roofing/siding knowledge (install, estimating, or inspections)
Sales experience closing home improvement/exterior projects
Comfort canvassing (door to door) and phone prospecting
Strong communication, objection handling, and consultative selling skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphone
Physically able to conduct exterior site walks and ladder-assisted roofline inspections (as needed)
CRM discipline and professional follow-through
Nice to Have
Storm/restoration experience (insurance claim literacy)
Existing network of contractors, builders, and real estate pros
Basic takeoff skills (measuring squares/linear feet, reading elevations)
