Memory Care Director , you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for residents living with dementia—while also being a trusted partner to their families and loved ones.

What You’ll Do:
Lead with compassion, guiding the care team in supporting residents with dementia through every stage of their journey.
Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and visitors, ensuring open and supportive communication.
Develop and oversee engaging programs tailored to the unique needs of those with memory loss.
Serve as a resource and advocate for families, providing education and support as they navigate the challenges of dementia care.
What We’re Looking For:
Must have a valid LVN or RN license in TX or compact license.
Experience working with dementia care, with an understanding of disease progression, specialized programming, and best practices.
Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for serving others.
