We are looking for a Freelance Business Account Coordinator for a top beauty brand in New York, New York! This role will directly support the Director of Commerce, Key Accounts for the brand in managing our key retailer accounts, driving sales performance, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing day-to-day business operations, analyzing sales data, and have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations for retailers, ensuring timely communication. Track and analyze net/retail sales performance, returns, and markdowns. Oversee logistics, including tracking purchase orders, managing shipping, and collaborating with Customer Service/Credit for timely delivery. Create digital content (images/copy) for online account presence. Proactively identify and resolve business problems, leveraging internal teams and resources as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel Hold a Bachelor's degree 4+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or retail operations, preferably in beauty/consumer goods.
