Your new role Work closely with Project Managers on multiple projects Weekly site visits to check on projects Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with safety regulations Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders What you'll need to succeed
1-2 years of experience in commercial construction A degree in construction or equivalent experience is preferred. U.S. citizenship or green card required due to the nature of the work Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving. Ability to read and understand plans and contracts. Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Project, Procore, and other tools. What you'll get in return
