Job Description

World Relief Western Washington is seeking a Support and Integration Specialist to provide strengths-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed case management to individuals and families navigating the challenges of settling into a new community. The ideal candidate will have a mature and personal Christian faith, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work sensitively and effectively in cross-cultural settings. They will provide ongoing case management services, including addressing barriers to self-sufficiency and holistic integration, community orientation, counsel, assistance accessing services and public benefits, and support in addressing housing, employment, health care, mental health, and education. The responsibilities of this role include: Providing ongoing case management services Holistically serving immigrant and refugee children and youth alongside their families Conducting initial intake to collect demographic data and assess program eligibility Developing individualized service plans Offering orientation and coaching related to community resources, healthcare, education, transportation, and other U.S. systems and cultural norms Serving as a cultural liaison and advocate for participants within the community and broader systems The requirements for this role include: Mature and personal Christian faith Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, in English Demonstrated ability to work sensitively and effectively in cross-cultural settings Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced work environment World Relief offers a competitive benefits package and employee discount program for full-time and part-time employees.
