Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Catering and Conference Services in Aspen, CO. The Director will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all catering and conference activities. Daily tasks include managing catering sales manager, catering and conference service manager, developing food and beverage plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Director will work closely with clients to understand and fulfill their event needs, while also driving sales to meet revenue targets. Qualifications Catering Sales and Conference Service experience Strong organizational and leadership abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in hospitality or event management Seniority level : Director Employment type : Full-time Job function : Management
