Senior Product Manager, Platform Engineering and Emerging Tech

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dedicated Technical Product Manager for the Platform Engineering and Emerging Tech (PEET) ADC team. This position plays a crucial role in driving the adoption of AWS cloud services in specialized regions. Your responsibilities will include: Facilitating use case exploration and knowledge-sharing sessions between customers and commercial product owners. Evangelizing the benefits of PEET services and driving their integration into government proposals. Creating training materials and engaging with business development teams on new opportunities. Increasing awareness of our service offerings among customer-facing partners such as Sales and Solution Architects. Identifying service gaps and collaborating with development teams to accelerate key functionalities. Crafting compelling content, including presentations, customer success stories, and how-to guides. Serving as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams, providing updates on progress. The role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance, which you must maintain throughout your employment. After starting, you may need to obtain a polygraph clearance as necessary for specific government projects. Key qualifications include: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager. 3+ years of technical experience in software or network development. Proven track record of managing products from conception through engineering and market release. Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products. Active Top Secret security clearance or above. Preferred qualifications: Deep knowledge of the software/hardware development lifecycle. Experience with agile methodologies in product delivery.
