Key Responsibilities:
Analyze consolidated financial results using Oracle and other tools
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
Oversee accounting/reporting for debt, equity compensation, and capital structure
Monitor compliance with credit facilities and REIT covenants
Benchmark public company performance and trends
Support enterprise-wide financial initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and reliability in all tasks
What You Bring:
Education:
Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (Master’s preferred)
Experience:
7–10 years in corporate finance, FP&A, or related fields
Skills: Strong financial modeling and analysis
Excellent Excel/Oracle skills
Effective communicator with executive presence
Strong project and time management
Work Environment:
