About Our Client
A well-established and respected general contractor based in Delray Beach is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, high-responsibility role for someone with a strong background in hospitality/ country club construction and a proven track record of leadership and project delivery.
Job Description
Support Project Management Team in the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury hospitality and country club construction projects. Coordinate Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation with subcontractors, architects, and consultants. Track and Monitor Project Schedules, helping to identify delays, resolve issues, and maintain project milestones. Perform Job Site Visits, supporting quality control, safety compliance, and overall field coordination. Manage Project Documentation, including drawing logs, meeting minutes, material logs, and contract documents in collaboration with the PM. Communicate with Stakeholders, including owners, designers, and subcontractors, maintaining professionalism and alignment with project goals. Monitor Budget Tracking and Cost Control, assisting with updates to cost reports, forecasts, and payment applications. Ensure High Standards of Quality, supporting the execution of luxury finishes and details expected in upscale country club and hospitality projects. Participate in Coordination Meetings, such as OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings, and prepare associated documentation. Support Closeout Process, including punch list management, collection of warranties/O&Ms, and turnover package preparation. The Successful Applicant
Minimum 3+ years of construction project management experience, with a focus on clubhouses, hospitality, or country club experience. Strong knowledge of South Florida construction practices and codes Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferre What's on Offer
