Position Overview As Director of Emergency Services, you'll oversee all aspects of our ED operations, ensuring exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence and departmental growth. This role combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership to advance emergency medicine services. Essential Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and operational management of the Emergency Department Drive clinical excellence through quality metrics and evidence-based practices Develop and implement emergency services programs aligned with hospital mission Oversee regulatory compliance and accreditation standards Manage performance improvement initiatives and patient experience programs Build and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships Lead talent acquisition and development for ED staff Ensure fiscal responsibility and resource optimization Champion patient safety and quality care initiatives Required Qualifications

Current RN licensure in practicing state Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) 2+ years recent ED Director experience or 3-5 years ED Manager experience Current ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and BLS certifications Proven leadership and operational management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration Emergency Nursing Certification (CEN) Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies Why Join Us?
