We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Project Manager (APM)
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and wants to build a long-term career in industrial construction. The APM will work closely with project managers, field leadership, and clients to support all phases of project delivery-from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating industrial construction projects. Track project budgets, contracts, and change orders with precision. Support project managers in ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain strong relationships. Help prepare project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports. Perform job site visits to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent industry experience. 1-3 years of construction experience (industrial or heavy civil preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software A self-starter with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
