Project Manager (Residential Construction)

We're looking for a motivated, experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and help bring high-quality homes to life.
In this role, you'll manage all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. All labor is performed 100% by subcontractors, and your leadership will ensure jobs stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and reflect the culture and expectations of JC Jackson Homes.

What You'll Do
Supervise day-to-day jobsite activity and subcontractor performance across assigned homes
Represent and communicate the JC Jackson Homes culture on each jobsite
Manage punch-out tasks and final details to prepare homes for closing
Conduct lot walks with homeowners and/or sales team
Enforce and model safe work practices in compliance with OSHA and company standards
Maintain accurate build schedules and approve invoices/payments in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
4 - 7 years of residential construction experience or equivalent field leadership
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and jobsite safety
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
