As the Clinical Services Director, you will oversee and ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality clinical care for participants in all settings. This role centers on delivering participant-centered care in alignment with PACE policies and regulatory standards while also implementing best practices for elder care. As a key member of the PACE program leadership team, you will contribute to policy development, staff training, and achieving outstanding participant outcomes and satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Integrate organizational values, mission, and vision into program culture and operations. Ensure high-quality clinical care for participants across multiple counties. Monitor participant experience and outcomes, guiding Care Teams toward excellence. Work with HR and management on staff recruitment, training, and performance oversight. Oversee timely and accurate participant assessments and care plans by interdisciplinary teams. Establish a reliable 24/7 on-call process with the Medical Director. Collaborate with leadership to maintain efficiency and high-quality services. Encourage clinical staff engagement in meetings and care planning. Develop and monitor budgets, key performance indicators, and financial reports. Participate in Quality Improvement programs, tracking data and leading improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and PACE requirements. Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures for policy compliance. Engage with PACE associations to stay updated on regulations and best practices. Collaborate with the Medical Director, Operations Director, and program management teams for service delivery. Contribute to family and staff meetings, in-service training, and departmental activities. Work closely with the Clinic Practice Manager to maintain clinic operations. Follow all PACE policies and OSHA safety guidelines while maintaining confidentiality. Lead infection control efforts in all settings. Participate in required continuing education and training. Maintain necessary certifications and professional affiliations. Perform additional duties as necessary. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: State RN license with strong leadership skills and healthcare delivery experience. A passion for working with the elderly in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment. Compact License Required (KY/IN) Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree required. Master's degree in management or a healthcare-related field preferred. Professional Certification preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience working with frail elderly in acute, long-term care, or community settings. 3 years of progressive management experience required. Experience in home care, managed care, or long-term care preferred. PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and minimum state-required liability auto insurance. Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up to date before engaging in direct participant contact.
