Provides administrative support for AHI Medical Specialties. Responsibilities include provider schedule management, assisting division manager with provider communication, handling reimbursement submissions, and collaborating with support departments. Responsibilities
Provides administrative support for AHI Medical Specialties. Responsible for provider schedule management (e.g. Cadence scheduling and/or calendar updates). Assists division manager with provider communication regarding time off and template adjustment requests. Handles reimbursement submissions, provider on and off boarding, and other Institute projects. Collaborates with support departments to ensure provider and division success. Extreme attention to detail necessary and the ability to work independently. Works at location of Institute Division team. Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience. Education Requirements
High School Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred. Special Requirements
Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and follow-through skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must be able to work independently. Computer literate, expert Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of data management and scheduling systems/software (e.g. Epic Cadence, Insight, and Amion) preferred.
