We’re looking for a Designer with a keen eye for art direction to join the marketing team at Ring. This role is focused on delivering impactful work across our product launches, seasonal and integrated campaigns and help improving user experience on Ring.com. You will set the look and feel for our campaigns and help visually communicate complex product stories across a wide range of products for the brand. You’ll collaborate with marketing managers, production, brand designers, and product partners to bring intuitive, visually engaging solutions to life. Key job responsibilities include: Translate complex ideas and features into clear and impactful shopping experiences for the brand. Design engaging assets across Ring marketing campaigns for owned and paid channels. Understand user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data so it can inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma and other tools. Collaborate with brand, copywriting, product, and dev teams to ensure consistent implementation. Champion accessibility, mobile-first design, and user empathy throughout the design process. Stay up to date with design trends, patterns, and marketing innovations to inform your work. Contribute to Ring’s growing brand design system, ensuring reuse and consistency where appropriate. About the team: Ring Marketing is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary organization of designers, writers, strategists, product managers, and program managers working together to bring the Ring mission to life (Making Neighborhoods Safer). Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years of design experience An available online portfolio Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban) Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS Preferred Qualifications
