to be part of a vital team dedicated to environmental safety and hazardous waste clean-up. In this role, you will operate a range of heavy and light trucks including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs at customer sites, primarily based in Kaukauna, WI. Why Join Clean Harbors? This job requires attendance in a two-week Academy training out of state, fully covered and compensated by the company. Key Responsibilities Include: Prioritizing health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices and acting in a safe manner. Operating commercial trucks and assisting field laborers within a team-focused environment. Managing loading and unloading processes for trucks. Engaging in manual labor to meet customer needs effectively. Ensuring proper placarding of vehicles in line with Company and DOT regulations. Maintaining accurate daily logs, time sheets, and various reports. Complying with local, state, and federal regulations. Observing all corporate and environmental health and safety guidelines. Being available for emergency response on a rotating basis. Participating in site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling hazardous materials. Required Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL. Willingness to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment. Capability of operating a manual transmission. Proficiency with mobile devices. Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the role. Successful completion of background check, drug test, and physical as necessary. Ability to meet facial hair standards as outlined in OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard, 29 CFR 1910.34. Preferred Qualifications: Previous commercial driving experience. Currently holds Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Experience in handling hazardous materials. Prior manual labor experience. Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.
