is hiring an
experienced Construction Project Manager
to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across the
Medical, Education, Retail, and Commercial Office
sectors. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong scheduling, budgeting, and coordination experience from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for construction projects from $10M-$100M+. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure schedule, scope, and budget alignment. Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking reports. Oversee jobsite progress with support from the Superintendent; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met. Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during bidding and project setup phases. Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and/or K-12 construction. Strong portfolio in Medical, Education, Retail, or Commercial Office projects. Candidates with only multifamily experience (under 10 stories) will not be considered. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
