Client Intake Director
for the Firm's headquarters office in Clayton, Missouri. Whether someone is facing a divorce, legal separation, paternity action, estate planning or numerous other issues that affect families, Stange Law Firm, PC is dedicated to achieving the best possible results. The Client Intake Director provides strategic support and guidance to the Firm’s client intake department by ensuring potential clients are promptly responded to and set for initial consultations throughout the firm. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversees and/or communicates with potential clients, by phone, e-mail and through online chat feature, in an attempt to raise retentions for the Firm. Promptly takes and responds to potential client inquiries and follows-up with potential clients who do not hire the firm at the first initial consultation. Accurately maintains and updates the firm’s conflicts software (including but not limited to NetSuite, CaseFox and/or any other conflicts software the firm is using) ensuring that all information is correctly entered. Sends daily conflict emails to all attorneys at the firm for all potential client appointments sent the next day. Provides complex analysis on a regular and ad hoc basis that includes retention rates for the Firm, the various offices and individual attorneys. Coordinates and schedules potential client appointments for attorneys at the Firm and notifies the attorney of the same. Confirms potential client appointments the day prior to each appointment. Ensures that maps and/or directions are provided to potential clients of the Firm for scheduled appointments. Obtains the name of the opposing party prior to potential client appointments in coordination with the Director of Administration and Partners and ensures a conflict check is performed prior to each initial consultation. Works closely with the Partners and Managing Partner to identify, evaluate, and understand overall Firm retention of new clients designed to drive an increased number of new clients. Prepares and distributes weekly case division updates and tracks retention percentages. Determines and recommends potential enhancements to the new client retention process as deemed appropriate. Performs all the responsibilities and duties of the Client Care Director when the Client Care Director is absent. Performs special projects as needed. Attends and participates in operations meetings, including to discuss client intake matters. Supports the Firm’s goals through productive teamwork with other employees and developing strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Ensures all client intake employees follow applicable Firm policies. Thoughtfully addresses any minor infractions by client intake employees in his/her discretion, and reports any major issues or violations directly to the Managing Partner, Partners, and Human Resource Director and makes recommendations to the Firm Management Team regarding addressing any major issues or violations. Participates with Partners, Human Resource Director, and Managing Partner in personnel matters/human resource matters as needed. Performs any other reasonable task as determined or requested. Supervises the Client Intake Assistant Director and any other assistants in client intake. Qualifications: College degree in communication, business management, legal studies or related field preferred, but not required Proficient in PC Programs Excellent verbal (both via phone and in-person) and written communication skills Law firm experience a plus, but not required Why join Stange Law Firm?
