What You'll Do As our Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind high-profile multifamily construction and renovation projects - taking them from blueprint to reality.
Own projects start-to-finish: from design, budgeting, and scheduling to final occupancy Define scope, budget, and timelines, preparing comprehensive work packages Review and interpret plans, specs, and contractor proposals to keep work on track Partner with architects, engineers, designers, and local authorities for seamless execution Oversee permitting, bidding, and on-site performance to ensure projects exceed quality standards Keep a pulse on safety, quality, and compliance at every phase Deliver detailed documentation: AIA forms, invoices, submittals, and operational manuals Travel to project sites (1-2 days/week, some out-of-state) to stay connected with teams and progress Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and solutions-driven culture What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years' experience leading multifamily, hospitality, or wood-frame construction projects Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, TurboCAD, Procore, MS Project Strong technical ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings OSHA-10 certification preferred Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
