Our client is a well-established company transforming modern workplaces for hybrid work, with their software platform redefining how companies manage visitors, desks, and deliveries in over 20,000 locations globally. Backed by top-tier VCs, their newest division, Workplace, is their fastest-growing revenue stream. They are seeking an
exceptional Senior Software Engineer
to join the
Admin Platform (AMP) team . This team builds enterprise-grade features (like
SCIM sync, Custom Roles, and SSO ) specifically targeting their largest customers (1000+ employees). This role offers the chance to make a tremendous impact by boosting revenue and solving key architectural challenges related to enterprise scale and performance. What You'll Do
Design and implement enterprise-grade services and features
with a focus on backend excellence. Drive engineering projects from inception to completion
with a sense of urgency, serving as the technical expert/lead. Ensure the quality, security, availability, and performance
of services. Respond to incidents , identify and resolve bottlenecks, and fix bugs across the stack. Collaborate cross-functionally
to ship new features that delight customers and attract large enterprises. Provide mentorship
and technical guidance to less experienced engineers and help guide the team's technical direction. Deliver excellent software through comprehensive peer-reviews, CI, and automated testing. 6-7 years
of experience as a full-stack software engineer. Backend-focused expertise
with the ability to work across the stack when necessary. High standards for code, systems, and engineering practices. Salary:
$190K - $205K Equity:
