Clinical Solution Consultant - Michigan Job Description

Clinical Solutions Consultant Lead the clinical implementations of HPM solutions with customers in the state of Michigan with primary territory in Detroit and surrounding area's. Consults with customers, customer project managers, delivery team, sales to design, plan, and oversee delivery of complex HPM solutions throughout the customer lifecycle (Could be single or multi-year engagement). Responsible for managing the overall scope, budget, and resources for the clinical solutions. Your role: Ensures successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips solutions Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips solutions Delivers clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips solution Participates in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality) Holds a specialty, or multi-specialty role(s) Configures or manages the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex Philips solutions to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions Coaches and educates customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions Analyzes the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure Identify application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document and submit those according to standard processes Active member of the application and education communities and proactively shares knowledge, experience and lessons learned Files required reports and consistently complies with all required Philips processes Consult with customer to define and document their desired KPI’s and outcomes (engages other consultants as needed) Develop and maintain long term customer relationships in support of recurring revenue strategy You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5 years of clinical experience You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent (RN); current nursing license You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field Service position. Your skills include: Clinical teaching/in-servicing experience Exceptional communication and presentation skills EMR’s and networked clinical systems Experience in Data Analysis Project Management Experience High comfort level with technology and informatics concepts Able to drive an average of 1-4 hours daily Willingness to travel overnight 80% of the time Philips Product Knowledge preferred Ideal Certifications: Certified PM (PMP), Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Change Management How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a Field Role. Philips Transparency Details The salary range for this position in Michigan is $87,750.00 to $140,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
