We are working specifically with their Building Division, which focuses on vertical construction projects such as K-12 schools, higher education facilities, industrial, and healthcare buildings. Job Description
The Project Manager - Rhode Island - Top ENR Firm is responsible for:
Leading and managing multiple construction projects from start to finish. Developing and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Managing project budgets and track expenses to ensure the project stays within financial constraints. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety regulations. Communicating regularly with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or changes. Reviewing and approve project designs, plans, and permits to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. Resolving any issues that may arise during construction, providing timely solutions. Ensuring all safety standards and regulations are strictly followed throughout the project lifecycle. Providing leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Rhode Island - Top ENR Firm should have:
5+ years of project management experience Proven track record of successfully managing commercial projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, Procore and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. What's on Offer
