The
Project Manager
oversees all aspects of contracted landscape and hardscape projects-from planning to completion. This role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery, top-quality results, and strong client satisfaction while leading Foremen and crews.
Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, materials, PA-1 calls, and crew oversight. Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy, safety, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with designers, sales, and foremen to ensure smooth execution. Motivate crews, maintain positive culture, and identify training needs. Handle customer issues, change orders, and special projects. Monitor industry best practices for landscaping and hardscaping. Ensure jobs are completed to quality standards and communicate with sales upon completion. Qualifications
Leadership experience in landscaping or construction. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Knowledge of horticulture and hardscape practices. Detail-oriented, ethical, and positive attitude. Compensation and Benefits
