About Our Client
My client is a commercial GC that had been around for 100 years. 90% of their work is Industrial, the other 10% is misc. retail / smaller projects. Currently at 40 people total. Rapidly growing - have been consistently at that $80M annually, this year they already have $100M on the books for 2025. Culture is very relaxed and has a true family feel. Work closely with the client from start to end of project. Ensure you understand whole project scope and vision of all projects. Prepare and submit project estimates to clients. Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors. Hold meetings on-site with client, architect and construction crew. Oversee beginning of each turn-key project, including all details such as permit submission and design evaluations. Review project proposal, drawings and plans to determine all project details such as time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture). 6+ years working in the construction/project management space. Proficient in construction software. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience working in multi-family and senior living construction. What's on Offer
