Chief People Officer (CPO),
a modern people leader who can scale culture, systems, and talent strategy in parallel with scientific innovation. This is a chance to shape a company that’s redefining what it means to grow in biotech: bold science, global ambition, and a people-first culture at its core. The mandate: Build and evolve a world-class People function across the full employee lifecycle Partner with the CEO and leadership team to design scalable org structures and culture frameworks Lead talent acquisition, performance, and engagement through a hyper-growth phase Champion leadership development, DE&I, and long-term employee experience Serve as a strategic advisor to the board and investors on organizational readiness and growth What you’ll bring: Proven track record leading People/HR in a scaling biotech, pharma, or tech-enabled environment Experience supporting teams through inflection points, fundraising, IPO, expansion, or transformation Ability to blend strategic foresight with hands-on leadership Deep belief that culture is a competitive advantage This role is for someone who wants to
