Salary Range: $238,740-$243,930

The provider is responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all patients, visitors, vendors, and team members. This role involves communicating with patients in a friendly, confident, and courteous manner to foster a personalized care experience and demonstrating respect for the diversity of the patient population. The provider will be well-versed in all organizational services and deliver both episodic and chronic care, along with preventive screenings, vaccinations, and patient education in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines. Working collaboratively with the healthcare team, the provider ensures continuity of care and adherence to the most current standards of medical practice. Responsibilities include participation in quality assurance activities such as peer review and quality improvement initiatives, as well as ongoing professional development through continuing education and training. Within the legal scope of practice as defined by the State of California, the provider will independently manage general medical care, collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to develop protocols and procedures in compliance with state laws, and refer cases beyond their expertise to appropriate medical or social resources. Additional duties include compliance with clinical reporting requirements, maintaining timely patient follow-up, and participating in after-hours on-call rotation as needed. Other responsibilities may be assigned to support organizational goals and ensure the highest standard of patient care. Benefits:
