As a Catering Coordinator at Panera, you play a pivotal role in our catering services. Your responsibilities include assisting guests in selecting delicious and familiar Panera dishes for their events, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless catering experiences with mouth-watering food delivered on time and as ordered. Your Responsibilities as a Catering Coordinator Include: Overseeing and fulfilling catering orders for guests. Creating memorable experiences through warm, friendly service and proactive communication, ensuring every guest leaves happy. Assisting with the delivery of orders to event locations. Strictly following health and food safety regulations. Maintaining Panera's high standards for food quality. Generating excitement around Panera's catering offerings. Promoting Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Supporting your Managers and Team Members as needed. Contributing to a workplace culture that emphasizes warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. This Role is Ideal for You If: You are at least 18 years old. You have a basic understanding of food safety practices and have completed necessary training (Food Handler's Card, if required). You enjoy engaging with people and possess strong communication skills. You are a motivated self-starter capable of meeting objectives with minimal supervision. You have excellent organizational and time-management abilities. You have your own vehicle for delivering orders and maintain an acceptable driving record. You can safely operate a passenger vehicle and are prepared for flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. You are able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing 25-50 pounds. You can stand and walk for extended periods, up to 3 hours. You can clearly communicate and swiftly understand directions in a lively setting.
