Job Summary

AGC Biologics is seeking a

Senior Director of Project Management

to join our Global Headquarters in Bothell, Washington. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will lead and grow the Project Management team, ensuring projects are successfully delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both client and business goals. You'll build strong client relationships, guide strategic project execution, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Compensation Range:

$194,000 - $266,750

Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities Lead the Project Management Team:

Guide, mentor, and develop a team of project managers responsible for a portfolio of CDMO projects across multiple functional areas. Drive Project Excellence:

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client and business goals, including financial performance and quality standards. Client & Stakeholder Management:

Build strong client relationships, serve as an escalation point for project issues, and represent Project Management in leadership and business development discussions. Process & Operational Improvements:

Standardize project management practices, implement best practices across sites, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and resource allocation. Financial & Portfolio Oversight:

Monitor KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the project portfolio to optimize outcomes and support business growth. Regulatory & Compliance Support:

Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure projects meet GMP, FDA, EMA, and other global standards. Hands-On Project Leadership (as needed):

Take direct ownership of high-priority or complex projects to ensure successful delivery while balancing leadership responsibilities. Qualifications

Required:

12+ years of experience in Project Management. 8+ years of experience managing a team. Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. Experience in healthcare, with strong knowledge of CDMO/GMP environments. Preferred:

PMP certification. MBA or MS degree.
