Job Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - Alexandria, VA will be responsible for:
Manage all phases of commercial interior construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals and quality standards Monitor job site safety and compliance with company policies and regulations Prepare detailed project documentation and status reports Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams Mentor junior staff and subcontractors when necessary MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Proven experience managing commercial interiors projects, preferably in high-end corporate interiors Candidates with base building experience who want to focus on corporate interiors are welcome Strong tenure and background with reputable general contractors Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure What's on Offer

Base salary: $105,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience Vehicle allowance to support travel and site visits Comprehensive health insurance benefits Performance-based bonus program Tuition reimbursement for ongoing professional development 401(k) retirement plan with company match
