What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the quarterback of our projects, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. From the first site walk-through to the final handshake with the client, you’ll be the main point of contact and the driving force behind every success.
That means:
Mobilizing resources like a pro (yes, you’ll basically be assembling an Avengers-level team).
Leading walk-throughs, identifying risks, and keeping safety priority #1.
Creating and executing detailed project plans that keep everyone on track.
Communicating with customers and stakeholders so they know what’s happening every step of the way.
Running daily management meetings, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.
Traveling extensively (car and plane) to be where the action is—valid driver’s license required.
What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management—or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 5 years in property/casualty claim adjusting and/or restoration, with project management expertise.
Project management chops that would make even the most complex job site look easy.
Strong communication and organizational skills (you’re the type who thrives on checklists, timelines, and clarity).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with bonus points for Xactimate or Time & Materials software.
Problem-solving wizardry to handle scheduling conflicts, customer needs, and unexpected curveballs.
IICRC certifications like WRT, ASD, or Commercial Drying Specialist—or the willingness to obtain them within 2 years.
