Program Coordinator Contract: 3-6 months Onsite: Boston, MA 02115
Pay Rate: $25.00-30.00/hr
Must Haves: Associates Degree 2+ years' administrative experience, ideally in a program/project coordinator role Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, research or higher education industry experience
Position Summary A leading healthcare facility is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to faculty, researchers, and staff. This role is central to coordinating activities, managing schedules, supporting academic and research initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate program activities and daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and arrange logistics for Principal Investigators, the Biostatistics Team, and related groups.
Support academic and research functions, including Harvard teaching courses, pre-award activities, and onboarding of lab members.
Assist with recruitment processes such as postdoctoral appointments, new hire onboarding, and related administrative tasks.
Oversee reimbursements, travel arrangements, and accommodations for staff and visitors.
Prepare reports, records, and program documentation for internal use and external agencies.
Draft and distribute program communications, promotional materials, and correspondence.
Plan and coordinate workshops, meetings, and conferences, ensuring logistics, scheduling, and communications are effectively managed.
Serve as a liaison with faculty, staff, and external partners to support program goals.
