What We’re Looking For Experience 7+ years in product management, with at least 3+ in

crypto / Web3 infrastructure, payments, or financial systems .

Demonstrated success in bringing

developer-facing platforms, protocols, or SDKs

from zero to adoption.

Strong familiarity with DeFi primitives, L2s, and crypto-economic design.

Skills Ability to translate technical complexity (cryptography, consensus, micropayments) into intuitive product experiences.

Strong user empathy — with both

developer

and

protocol partner

mindsets.

Proven ability to set vision, execute roadmaps, and align cross-functional teams.
